Experts in High-Pressure Hydroblasting Provide the Safest, Most-Effective Cleaning

Whether you are planning a shutdown, need routine maintenance or have an outage, if it requires high-pressure hydroblasting, you need fast and efficient service that won’t shortcut safety.

At Superior Environmental Solutions (SES), we are experts in high-pressure hydroblasting. With high pressure pumps ranging from 10,000 to 40,000 PSI and ultra high-pressure pumps from 36,000 to 40,000 PSI, we have the power to clean anything. Using automated hydroblasting technologies, we provide the safest, most-effective cleaning service.

Hydroblasting is a safe, cost-effective method of cleaning interior and exterior surfaces, process configurations, heat exchangers and other vessels. This is by far the most common industrial cleaning service, applications of which can be applied to just about every process in a plant or facility. Hydroblasting removes various deposits, foulants and other built-up material by using water at varying pressures and flow rates (water volume). High-pressure water washing and polishing can restore process or heat transfer efficiency, increasing profitability and reducing operating costs.

Automated Hydroblasting Delivers Safety, Precision and Efficiency

Our automated and semi-robotic systems improve efficiency in certain applications and can be used to clean limited- or difficult-access areas. Specialized systems are available to clean heat exchanger bundles (both shell-side and tube-side), boilers, suction rolls, air heaters and other process equipment. Automation gives an operator the ability to run multiple lances at the same time, cutting down cleaning time significantly. Most importantly, these automated systems significantly increase safety by minimizing operator exposure to high pressure water.

Our highly skilled automation experts configure each cleaning job with the personnel and equipment that best fit the cleaning needs and customer requirements, with the top priority being safety.

Expertise and Equipment to Handle Any Job

Our highly trained and specialized technicians are equipped to handle any job. With more than 85 hydroblasting units, the SES fleet is well equipped for any cleaning need, including evaporators, heat exchangers, boilers, tanks and condensers.
